When approaching a design challenge, I aim to:
Find real insights into motivation, as I understand that what people say is not necessarily what they believe or do.
Use my entrepreneurial spirit to turn challenges into opportunity. I am hungry for more.
Draw on all sources rather than just the most recent, while accepting nothing at face value.
Challenge assumptions until the whole picture makes sense.
Conceptualize and think strategically.
Clearly identify problems (getting to the root cause) and develop multiple solutions.
Attend to the process and take direction from it.
Examine a problem from different perspectives without losing sight of the big picture.
Be logical and analytical, yet inclusive of non-linear thought.
